540 CMR 16.00 is adopted by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles pursuant to M.G.L. c. 140, § 58 and c. 90, §§ 7N¼ and 31 to establish the minimum requirements for a repair facility which a Class 2 motor vehicle dealer must maintain or have access to in order to make motor vehicle repairs under warranty.
