Reservation of Area for Use by Commission

- (1) For every program of unarmed combat, the promoter of the program shall reserve an area consisting of at least one whole side of the ring, from the ring apron to a reasonable distance as determined by the Commission back from the ring apron, for use by the Commission during the program.
- (2) If a program of unarmed combat consists of contests or exhibitions of mixed martial arts held in a fenced area, the promoter shall reserve an area equivalent to the area described in 523 CMR 11.06(1) for use by the Commission during the program.
