Any Person who violates any provision ofM.G.L. c. 2 1 J, or 503 CMR 2.00, shall be subject to the penalties provided under M.G.L. c. 2 1J, § 13, including fines, imprisonment or both, and may be barred from participation in any current or future Claim.
