The Board may conduct an audit of any Person reimbursed from or seeking reimbursement from the Fund. If the Board discovers, as a result of the audit or by any other means, that a Claim or any portion of a Claim was improperly made, the Board may pursue such remedies as it deems appropriate, including:

1. (1) the offset of any money owed to the Fund including, without limitation, fines and penalties, against future reimbursements to the Claimant; or
2. (2) denial of the Person's acceptance as an Eligible Claimant.
