Percentage of Reimbursements to Be Paid by the Fund

( 1 ) Reimbursements for the benefit of Eligible Claimants shall be 1 00% of allowable amounts pursuant to the Reimbursement Fee Schedule and 503 CMR 2.00, except as provided otherwise in 503 CMR 2.09.
(2) Payment will be made to the extent that funds are available. If Board-approved Claim payments exceed the available funding, the Board shall reimburse the Claims consistent with a payment prioritization as determined by the Board.
