Any interested person may, at any time, petition the State Fire Marshal to adopt, amend or repeal any regulation. The petition shall be addressed to the State Fire Marshal and may be sent by mail or delivered to the followingaddress:State Fire Marshal, P.O. Box 1025, State Road, Stow, MA 01775. All petitions shall be signed by the petitioner or the petitioner’s designee, and shall set forth clearly and concisely the text of the proposed regulation. The petitionmaybe accompanied byanysupporting data, views or arguments.
