The provisions of 456 CMR 18.00: Designation of Department Agents, are applicable to all proceedings under 456 CMR 24.00, except that all references to M.G.L c. 150E shall be considered references to M.G.L. c. 150F.

24.15 Data Confidentiality and Safeguards

Personally identifying or confidential information, which may include metadata, received by the Board or the Department for purposes of the administration of M.G.L. c. 150F shall be kept confidential and safeguarded in accordance with applicable laws. The TNCs and the TND Organization must promptly notify the Department of any suspected or actual data breach. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all recipients of TND data as provided by M.G.L. c. 150F shall limit the disclosure of driver personal identifying information to the uses necessary to effectuate M.G.L. c. 150F.
