Division means the Division of Unemployment Assistance.

Failure Knowingly to Furnish Accurate Information means that the overpayment resulted from

1. (a) the individual furnishing information which he or she knew, or should have known, to be incorrect or
2. (b) the individual failed to furnish information which he or she knew, or should have known, to be material.

Overpayment means any amount of unemployment benefits which an individual received in excess of that which he or she was entitled to under the applicable law.

Remuneration means any consideration as defined in M.G.L. c. 151A, § 1(r)(3).
