Purpose and Applicability

(1) 360 CMR 1.00 is intended to:
- (a) Govern the conduct of all Adjudicatory Proceedings, as defined in 360 CMR 1.00, held by the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority; and
- (b) Provide for a just and speedy determination of the legal rights, duties, and privileges of the parties to Adjudicatory Proceedings before the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
- (2) 360 CMR 1.00 is applicable to every Adjudicatory Proceeding, as defined in 360 CMR 1.00, held by the Authority.
