- (1) Purpose. 345 CMR 1.00 sets forth the regulatory components of or pertaining to the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Plan. 345 CMR shall be interpreted so as to ensure open and fair procedures and comprehensive planning, and to protect public health, safety, and the environment.
- (2) Statutory Authority. 345 CMR 1.00 is promulgated pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111H, §§ 4, 11, and 12.
