The purpose of 333 CMR 7.00 is to establish the standards, requirements and procedures for issuance ofstate experimental use permits for testing of pesticides under certainspecified circumstances consistent with and no less stringent than the requirements of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and regulations promulgated thereunder at 40 CFR 172.
