The Department adopts the United State Standards for Grades of Potatoes as promulgated by the United States Department of Agriculture in 7 CFR 51.1540, et seq., as the official grades of potatoes packed, repacked, sold, distributed, offered or exposed for sale or distribution in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
