Nothing in 325 CMR 2.00 shall prohibit a duly authorized employee agent or officer of the Department of Fisheries, Wildlife and Recreational Vehicles acting withing the scope of official employment, fromtaking or possessing Atlantic salmon for the purposes of research, management or propagation.
