1. (1) Occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, occupational therapy students, and occupational therapy assistant students shall:

   1. (a) Comply with federal and state and local laws and Board regulations.
   2. (b) Comply with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
2. (2) The Board may initiate its own investigation into actions by any licensee resulting in disciplinary action having been taken by NBCOT and/or AOTA.
