Incomplete and Denied Applications

(1) The Board shall refuse to approve an application when the application materials are incomplete. Such a refusal shall not be considered a denial of licensure, shall not be deemed to create a hearing right, and shall not be deemed to prohibit the Board from requesting the applicant complete the application or require the applicant to reapply with a completed application. Grounds for deeming an application incomplete shall include, but not be limited to:
- (a) Failure to submit required application forms;
- (b) Failure to properly complete all fields contained in the application;
- (c) Failure to submit required fees; or
- (d) Failure to submit supporting documentation requested/required.
- (2) Denied Applications. When the Board finds that an applicant is not qualified for registration, the application will be denied.
