- (1) The Board may, after written notice and hearing, take disciplinary action against the license of a registered podiatrist for violation of any provision in M.G.L. c. 112, §§ 13 through 22, and §§ 61 through 65B or 249 CMR.
- (2) The Board may impose civil administrative penalties against individuals engaged in the practice of podiatry without a license pursuant to M.G.L. c. 112, § 65A.
- (3) Nothing in 249 CMR 6.04 shall be interpreted to prohibit the Board from taking any other action permitted by law.
