(1) Every school shall have and maintain in good working condition appropriate and adequate equipment for its entire student body. The following equipment is the minimum equipment required for a school and, unless otherwise noted, for the first ten students or fewer, and for every additional ten students or fewer enrolled in a manicuring course:

1. (a) five manicuring tables with lamps, sanitary storage, and chairs/stools;
2. (b) five wet hospital-grade sanitizers if not included in student equipment kit;
3. (c) one FDA-approved heat sterilizer;
4. (d) one sink with hot and cold running water;
5. (e) three covered waste containers;
6. (f) one first aid kit;
7. (g) five finger bowls, if not included in student equipment kit;
8. (h) five nail brushes, if not included in student equipment kit;
9. (i) one electrical hand-held manicuring tool with bits;
10. (j) one hot oil manicuring unit;
11. (k) 24 towels; and
12. (l) five foot basins.
