(1) General Requirements.

1. (a) All applicants for licensure shall submit an application for examination to the Board for its approval.
2. (b) Applications, which are not complete, not legible, or are not accompanied by the required fee(s) shall not be accepted and shall be returned to the applicant.

(2) Application Deadlines.

1. (a) Applications shall remain current for a maximum of one year based on the Board’s application approval date after which time such applications will be deemed expired.
2. (b) In situations, where applications have expired, candidates will be required to resubmit a completed application form, work experience form and education form, with appropriate fees before he or she will be allowed to proceed with the examination process.
