A public water systemshallbe classified according to the Department of Environmental Protection's Drinking Water Regulations at 310 CMR 22.11B: Public Water Systems Certified Operator Staffing Requirements. The Board shall request an updated list of public water system classifications annually from the Department of Environmental Protection, Drinking Water Program.
