The purpose of 235 CMR 5.00 is to establish standards of professionalpractice and conduct for licensed dispensing opticians and apprentice opticians; procedures for the investigation and adjudication of complaints alleging violations of those standards; and grounds for disciplinary action against licenses issued by the Board.
