Every apprentice who holds an apprentice's certificate issued by the Board shall, during any time when he is engaged in performing the acts set forth in M.G.L. c. 112, § 73C, wear an identification badge or tag which sets forth in large print his name followed by the word "APPRENTICE", and his apprentice's certificate number.
