Examination fees shall be paid by the examinees directly to the professional independent testing services and/or the professional independent test administration services and/or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Said fees shall be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of M.G.L. c. 7, § 3B. Said fees shall be nonrefundable.
