230 C.M.R. 15.07
(1) A School shall establish a written procedure for resolving student complaints. The
procedure shall be made available to students at the time of enrollment and upon request, and shall be published in the School catalogue.
(2) A School shall respond to written student complaints in writing within ten days from
when the complaint was submitted to the School and maintain records of student complaints and School responses in accordance with 230 CMR 15.03(1)(b)(vi).
