Annual Building Database and Report

- (1) Annually by October 31st the Department shall make available on its website energy use information and the associated greenhouse gas emissions for the Reported Year for each Covered Building. The information shall be published in database format, fully text-searchable and readily sortable by municipality, zip code and all the data elements in the database. The information shall also be published in map format.
- (2) Annually by October 31st , the Department shall make available on its website an annual comprehensive report on Large Building Energy Usage utilizing the information and data collected under 225 CMR 27.00.
- (3) The Department may issue a Methodology for Calculating Greenhouse Gas Emissions Guideline for calculating the associated greenhouse gas emissions from reported Building Energy Usage on the Department's website.
