Duties of Greyhound Racing Secretary

- (1) The Greyhound Racing Secretary shall insure that each trainer/kennel operator has filed a disposition form on every greyhound that has schooled, qualified or raced at his/her track when the greyhound is subjectto the rules of disposition. The responsibility of filing this form with the Greyhound Racing Secretary shall be the duty of each licensed trainer/kennel operator.
- (2) The Greyhound Racing Secretary shall not release the certificate of registration to the trainer/kennel operator until the Disposition form is filed, signed and properly witnessed.
