In the event of human error, malfunction and any other breaches of 205 CMR 6.00 or accepted parimutuel accounting practices and an emergency in connection with the pari-mutuel department not covered in 205 CMR 6.00, the pari-mutuel manager representing the association shall report the problem or problems to the stewards or judges, Commission accountants and the association; and the mutuel manager shall render a full written report regarding the emergency situation to the Commission within 48 hours.
