- (1) An association that desires to offer new forms of wagering must apply in writing to the Commission and receive written approval prior to implementing the new betting pool. (ARCI

- (2) The association may suspend previously-approved forms of wagering with the prior approval of the Commission. Any carryover shall be held until the suspended form of wagering is reinstated. An association may request approval of a form of wagering or separate wagering pool for specific performances. (ARCI c. 9 g.p. § N(2))
