Operators shall provide a patron written confirmation or denial of every financial transaction initiated using the patron's Sports Wagering Account, including:

1. (a) The type of transaction (deposit/withdrawal);
2. (b) The transaction value; and
3. (c) For denied transactions, a descriptive message as to why the transaction did not complete as initiated.
