If a gaming licensee offers, at its table games, one or more progressive jackpots that increase in value as the game is played based upon a set rate of progression and the jackpot is awarded to a patron when a specific result or outcome is achieved, the system of internal controls submitted by a gaming licensee in accordance with 205 CMR 138.02 shall also include policies and protocols as provided by 205 CMR 143.02: Progressive Gaming Devices.
