Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 98, § 56D, the Division of Standards adopts the most recent edition of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, Section V: Examination Procedure for Price Verification as the rules and regulations of the Division of Standards regarding the procedures for examining automated retail checkout systems.
