- (1) Declaration of Identity: Consumer Package. A declaration of identity on a consumer package shallappear on the principal display panel, and shall positively identify the commodity in the package by its common or usual name, description, generic term, or the like.
- (2) Parallel Identity Declaration: Consumer Package. A declaration of identity on a consumer package shall appear generally parallel to the base on which the package rests as it is designed to be displayed.
