The MassHealth agency pays chiropractors (or the CHC in the case of chiropractor services provided on site at the CHC by a CHC-employed or contracted chiropractor) only for the following services as specified in Subchapter 6 of the Chiropractor Manual, subject to the restrictions and limitations specified in 130 CMR 441.000 for chiropractic manipulative treatment, office visits, and radiology services.
