Transitional Living Program: Leaves of Absence

- (A) Medical Absence. If a member in a transitional living program is hospitalized, the MassHealth agency will pay the transitional living provider for a maximum of 13 days per member per episode of hospitalization.
- (B) Nonmedical Leave of Absence. If a member leaves the transitional living program for personal reasons, the MassHealth agency will pay the transitional living provider for a cumulative maximum of ten days of nonmedical leave of absence during the member’s stay in the transitional living program.
