- (A) Independent nurse providers must accept MassHealth payment in full for nursing services according to the rates and regulations established by EOHHS as set forth in 101 CMR 361.00: Rates for Continuous Skilled Nursing Agency and Independent Nursing Services. Payments are subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth in 130 CMR 414.000 and 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
- (B) The payments made by the MassHealth agency to the independent nurse constitute payment in full for nursing services as well as for all administrative duties relating to such services.
