The MassHealth agency does not pay for any of the following services:

1. (A) services provided by any person under the supervision of the speech therapist or audiologist;
2. (B) indirect services such as staff meetings, staff supervision, member screening, and

development or use of instructional texts and reusable treatment materials;

1. (C) nonmedical services such as vocational, social, and recreational services;
2. (D) research or experimental treatment;
3. (E) mental health services;
4. (F) the rental of hearing aids.
