(1) Persons Eligible. The following persons are eligible for compensation:

1. (a) Victims as defined in 124 CMR 2.03;
2. (b) Dependents and family members of homicide victims;
3. (c) Persons who assume homemaker responsibilities as provided for in 124 CMR 2.06(7)(e);
4. (d) Persons who actually incur burial expenses directly related to the death of a victim in accordance with 124 CMR 2.06(2) or (3);
5. (e) Parent or legal guardian in accordance with 124 CMR 2.06(5);
6. (f) Persons who incur the costs of "Crime Scene Cleanup services" in accordance with 124 CMR 2.06(11); and
7. (g) Persons who incur the costs of "Security Measures" in accordance with 124 CMR 2.06(13).
8. (h) Persons or entity that incurs the costs for Forensic Sexual Assault Examinations as defined in 124 CMR 2.03.
