Case Management Providers shall have for distribution to every participant, procedures written in English and in the participant's language which explain participation requirements, good cause, the procedures and sanctions for noncompliance, and outline the appeal process. Any notices not in a refugee's language shall contain a Provider statement confirming that the refugee received assistance translating program notices or letters.
