Case Management Providers are responsible for the determination of initial and continuing eligibility. Refugees shall cooperate in this process as a condition of eligibility. The application process consists of the tasks that determine the eligibility of an MRRP applicant. These tasks begin with the filing of an application and end with a final decision on the application.
