1. (1) An individual who is dissatisfied with an administrative review decision and wishes to appeal the issues further shall, within 20 days of receipt ofthe administrative reviewdecision, request the individual appeals coordinator to schedule a fair hearing. Failure to request that a fair hearing be scheduled within that time shall be deemed a waiver of the individual's right to a fair hearing.
2. (2) Within 15 days of receipt of an individual's request for a fair hearing, the client appeals coordinator shallschedule a fair hearing for a date no later than 45 days after the scheduling request was received by the Commission.
