(1) After an application for a case is filed, the Department's involvement with the child who is the subject of the CRA begins due to any of the following:
- (a) Court referral;
- (b) Court-ordered temporary custody of the child to the Department;
- (c) Court-prescribed services; and
- (d) Court-ordered custody of the child to the Department fillowing a fact-finding hearing.
