If an individual's TAFDC is denied, reduced, or terminated because of a failure or refusal to cooperate with the requirements of the Employment Services Program (ESP), the individual can request a fair hearing in accordance with the provisions of 106 CMR 343.00: Fair Hearing Rules. The individual can request a fair hearing regarding his or her ESP status and/or ESP participation at any time.
