If a client or applicant's case is selected for a Quality Control review, the grantee is required to cooperate with the review process as a condition of continued eligibility. Cooperation includes, but is not limited to, a personal interview with the Quality Control reviewer and the furnishing of information and verifications necessary to determine eligibility and the amount of assistance.
