Eligibility for food vouchers under 106 CMR 705.500 must be verified by:

1. (A) Advance written notice from the appropriate Department of the Commonwealth or licensed private agency of the timing and duration of the child's visit; and
2. (B) Confirmation by the Department of the Commonwealth or licensed private agency that no payment will be made to the foster family or group-care facility for that same time period.
