(A) Requirements. Assistance may be provided for an otherwise eligible pregnant woman:

1. (1) when verified that the child is expected to be born within 120 days of the date of application, or, if the pregnant woman is a teen parent (see 106 CMR 701.600: Definition of Terms), at any time during her pregnancy if she is meeting the school attendance requirements found in 106 CMR 703.181; and
2. (2) if such child had been born and was living with her, the child would meet the nonfinancial and financial TAFDC requirements. See 106 CMR 704.235(C): Income Deemed to a Pregnant Woman for the determination of financial eligibility for pregnant women.
