1. (1) An individual’s certification as a Certified Health Officer shall expire at the end of each

calendar year and may be renewed on or before January 15 of the following year; provided, however, that an individual seeking such renewal shall provide evidence of such Continuing Education as the Department shall require by regulation specified in 105 CMR 803.300.

1. (2) An individual’s request for certification renewal shall be accompanied by the applicable renewal fee set forth in 801 CMR 4.00: Rates.
