Grounds for Denial of Registration

(1) The Department may deny registration on any of the following grounds:
- (a) Failure to conform to the application requirements of 105 CMR 802.210, 105 CMR 802.220, and 105 CMR 802.230;
- (b) Any actions or omissions which would indicate the health or safety of the public would be at risk should registration be granted;
- (c) Any previous violation of 105 CMR 802.000; or
- (d) Any attempt to serve as a Registered Sanitarian or to obtain registration through fraud, deceit, or knowing submission of inaccurate data or omission of a material fact.
- (2) Conditions for reapplication shall be specified by the Department at the time of the denial of registration.
