If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of 105 CMR 470.000 shall be declared invalid for anyreasonwhatsoever, thatdecision shall not affect any other portion of 105 CMR 470.000, which shall remain in full force and effect; and to this end the provisions of 105 CMR 470.000 are hereby declared severable.
