- (A) Inspection Authority. In order to properly carry out its responsibility under 105 CMR 470.000 and to properly protect the health and well-being of the citizens of the Commonwealth, the Department or its authorized agent is authorized to enter, examine, or survey at any reasonable time such lockups as it considers necessary.
- (B) Inspection Frequency. The Department shall inspect each lockup at least once a year.
