Itis recommended thatthe Superintendent or Administrator of each facility delegate to anemployee of the facility the responsibility and authority for ensuring adequate health and sanitary conditions at the facility in accordance with 105 CMR 451.000. This individual is referred to in 105 CMR 451.000 as the Environmental Health Officer.
