Maximum Operating Temperatures For Special Purpose Pools

- (1) At no time shall the water temperature in special purpose pools exceed 104°F.
- (2) A thermostatic control for water temperature which ensures compliance with105 CMR435.33(1) shall be provided at each special purpose pool. The thermostatic control shall only be accessible to the pool operator.
- (3) Water temperature shall be determined when the pH and residual disinfectant are tested.
